Wow, things are really moving fast here in Slovenia and we have been really busy since we came. As I finished the last entry to this blog, Sharon came to pick us up to spend the day with her, Matt and rhe girls. What a delight. We went over and saw the beautiful home that God has given them right here in the city, close to the church. They live on the third floor and have a great apartment. Their two little daughters Eliana and Maiah are a delight and it was so much fun to see them again. They are expecting their third child at the end of May and this time it is a little boy. After talks and talks and talks we had dinner together and then Kristy came to pick us up and we went over to the church to pick up Becca, the Patty's oldest daughter. She had spend the evening singing with a Christian singing group that meets at the church. So we got in at the end and heard some of their stuff. Real cool.... Then this morning, I got up a little earlier to go with Kristy as she took Luke their youngest to school nearby. He is attending the village pre school and he was so proud to be able to show me his school. It was pouring rain, so we all got a little wet. But one thing we noticed, Slovenes are not like Oregonians who will go out in any weather with no umbrella or jacket....no here everyone has an umbrella even if it just sprinkles a little bit....About 10 or so Terry came to pick us up and we went on this long outing with him and his family and the extended family. Meagan's formal graduation ceremonies are next week and parents and grand parents are invited....so they are all here. We went with them to the SW part of the country and saw all kinds of fun things and then ended up at the Adriatic coast ....where the sun was shining and it was beutiful. So here are the pictures.....
From top to bottom: The Jacksons and their extended family; Matt and Sharon and girls; Josh and Kristy and finally, yours truly.

Oregonians act quite uniquely in the rain as compared to other peoples in the world.
Thanks for keeping us up to date.
I am praying God's Blessing on you, especially during the Easter week end. Wow Easter is God's Blessing on you!
